Commercial blenders are widely used in catering. This equipment is intended for grinding, mixing and whipping, making different in consistency and composition cocktails, mousses, puree and ice cubing. Professional blenders enable to produce a wide range of bar production.
Principle of operation of this type of equipment is quite simple: all ingredients are placed in a jar , where they are mixed and ground up to the desired consistency by rotating blades of special shape. Stationary blenders used in restaurants and bars consist of a motor block and a container/jar which can be made of stainless steel, aluminum, plastic or glass, and top cover.
Blenders vary in design characteristics, the number of speeds, power, volume and number of containers (which may be from one to three). Some models feature a mode of pulsation and speed control that allows you to adjust the degree of hand-held mixing and grinding .
