Kneading machines are widely used for kneading dough either in public catering facilities and also in baking. However, before you buy a dough mixer, you need to decide what parameters of the equipment and design features will fully comply with all your requirements.

Speaking about structural features of dough kneaders, it should be noted that key functional features of this equipment include a drive mechanism, kneading arm and bowl, the amount of which directly affects the productivity of the mixer.

Kneading bowl are generally made of stainless steel and it’s form may also vary. Furthermore, it can be movable or stationary.
