Hydrofilters for ventilating systems are designed specially for the air purifying. They help to get rid from, for example, smoke, smells, gases, dust, fat, soot and kitchen emissions. Such equipment is great for cooking on charchoal grill, braziers, barbecue, as well as in pizzerias, etc.

Purification of air in hydrofilter occurs due to the deposition of soot particles, which get into the air during burning of coal or wood. Furthermore, hydraulic filters can provide a sharp decrease of the temperature of passing airflow. The process of air cleaning inside the hydrofilter includes several phases. First, air passing through the labyrinth filters undergoes mechanical cleaning. Then foollowed by wet cleaning, produced by pre-rinse unit, and after this treatment, air re-enters the labyrinth filters, where it passes an additional mechanical cleaning.

Thus, the use of hydrofilters in public catering facilities can provide the required level of air purification.
